Postprocess Surface Problem,

My problem is my post processing scene seems ok
if I don`t use my camera with classical WASD and mouse controlling.
( So just a change of projection and view matrix values )
So as I move in 3D space , my post processed texture seems messy as
in screenshots below :
How can I fix this problem ?
