A: There is no such thing as a camera. Forget about cameras. You can use gluLookAt or a combination of glTranslate and glRotate calls to simulate one though. I''m not sure what exactly it is you want to do, so I can''t really elaborate further. Please reply with more info so more people can help you.
B: Being the OpenGL forum, most things here will be "Opengl32 Stuff," so please try to use more descriptive titles.
