I was asked to complete an application in which there was a memory leak in several places.Previous developer was very stupid. I did everything perfectly,
but now I'm wondering what else there is utility to monitor memory leaks? Now I only know about vingrad. But it does not suit me. Who uses what? Advise me!
Thank you.
I use valgrind, but its Linux only, something like IBMs Rational Purify should work really well though and i think the non free versions of visual studio might have something built in these days. (Not sure about express)
The voices in my head may not be real, but they have some good ideas!
