I have a 3d game that is lit with a GLSL Phong shader.
The game also draws a HUD in orthographic mode but when I'm using the shader it messes up the color of my HUD because it tries to light it as well.
Is there any way I can exempt orthographic geometry from being shaded?

Did you unbind the shader, by calling glUseProgram(0), before rendering your HUD elements?
