Lesson14 C# conversion for Win7 64bit

I converted Lesson 14 to work on Windows7 64bit in C# on Visual Studio 2010.
If anyone is interested, here is the entire Solution.
Since csgl doesn't work on this configuration (at least it doesn't on my machine)
I found a newly updated OpenGL dll that works with C# at: http://sharpgl.codep...ases/view/74704
