I am looking for a book that could introduce me into C# game development. Would like it to teach the basics of either SlimDX or OpenTK(not Tao API) and everything else that is required. I already have enough experience with C# in general so I would like a book that skips basics.
Already searched Amazon and was not able to find anything so if that really is the case, good online places to learn the upper is greatly appreciated too.
