You would have to contact the current IP holder (ZeniMax Media, last I checked) to find out if Moalab has acquired the relevant licenses.

Judging purely based on Moalab's website, and the truly bewildering array of iPhone games/apps they purvey, I'd hazard a guess that it's an unlicensed clone.

Ah heh looks so much like FreeDoom and the good ol' Doom level design. Did you guys use Doom Builder or some other Doom level Editor to make the maps?
