sdl.net and sharpdevelop giving me errors on copied source files?

I keep getting these errors saying I have syntax errors on code I copied from an example source file.
It obviously compiles on thier machine what am I doing wrong?
What's wrong? Did I set Sharpdevelop up right?

One of the errors says that one of the supporting global cache dlls is for the wrong dotnet framework version.
