Hi Everyone,

I'm in the midst of working on an IOS-based adventure / RPG that is single-player in nature. I've been thinking of ways to add elements to make it more social, without necessarily adding a multi-player or co-op component.

Here are a list of ideas so far:

-friends lists.

-embedded chat.

-achievements.

-leaderboards.

-shareable game stats.

-shareable items.

-Twitter / Facebook / YouTube -enabled sharing.

-ability to leave messages for other players in their game experience.

-having other gamer's characters show up in your world, like Thatgamecompany's "Journey" plans to do.

Can you think of other ideas to add to this list?

What about (optional) quests that require you and your friends to both complete objectives? You start the quest and send a notification to your friends. Once enough people have completed the task(s), you all get some rewards.
Hey, nice idea. Thanks for the suggestion.
