Hello.

Don't know if this is the right place...

This may seem like a ridiculous question but I cannot find a bitmap/raster font that has all of the ascii and ascii extened charsets. Is this too much to ask?

I recommend using: http://www.angelcode.com/products/bmfont/

This utility allows you to rasterize a font and load it into your application from an image format. You should be able to cycle through the available fonts on your system and find one that suits your needs (supports extended ascii/unicode). There are tutorials on the site to help you get up and going as well.
