I just want to introduce myself to get along with you all. I just signed up. smile.png Hello everyone! Nelneo here. I'm a Malaysian, I love playing RPG's and would love to make my own RPG's and share them with everyone. As of now(March 16 2012, GMT+8:00) I'm a college student, and although I'm taking Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, I would love to take a degree in game-making-related course later. But it's not confirmed yet. Besides playing RPG's, I love physics, maths, and martial arts. My favourite pastimes are surfing the internet, working out, reading and drawing.

Let me tell you why I decided to dive into RPG-making world. When I was a lil child, I loved to imagine lots of things, particularly magical and warrior world. It was carried on to the time when I was in primary school(age 7-12) where I always spent my time drawing comics to realise what I've been imagining. It was also when I started to play lots of video games soon after I came across the game Final Fantasy 2. And then, when I was in secondary school(age 13-17), I always wrote short-stories and novels(although I never finished them) to relieve my magical-and-warrior-world urge. And then I started to play lots of MMORPG's. After 17, I took a long break from my fantasy world till when I was 19, when I came across RPG Maker VX. Someone once said, "When you want to design a game, you need to be in love with gaming first. After that, you need to acquire the needed skills to match your imagination and ideas. Having great idea is essential, but developing the skills needed for designing is far more important. What is the use if you have mind-blowing ideas for games, but don't have the ability to turn them into reality?" It made me think, "What's the use of me having great ideas for my fiction world and story, but don't have the ability to appropriately realise it and share it with everyone?" That's how I was hooked into a deep passion for making my own RPG's. I want my world to be known. I want others to share my joy. I want to feel the anticipation of excitement of having seen others experiencing my fiction universe and enjoying it. That's why I'm here. That's how I'm here.

Being able to fully flesh out your story in the form of RPG and then let others to experience what you have created are definitely a joyful pleasure. I won't miss this opportunity to indulge it while participating in this community.

My journey is far from my first RPG-completion achievement. But I know I can count on you all to be my comrades in this thrill. Please watch my steps and guide me along the way. smile.png

Yeah, they should make a forum for welcoming new members to introduce themselves. Yep. It's an awesome game, but haven't actually played it laugh.png
Hahahaha, you should ;D it's a really creative action RPG, no knights or castles. I love the setting and has an unique plot.
