[Android] freemium or demo + full version

I am preparing to release my first game to Android market.
The question is: which selling model is better?
I know the freemium mode is most popular now.
But is it good for each game?
The approach to provide demo + full version looks more traditional.
When I should use this approach or freemium?
If I go with freemium should I simply provide demo functionality at the beginning and make all perks of the full version available via in-app?
I have a lot of questions and would appreciate any help.

You cannot consider the sales model without also considering the product.
What will be the best model for YOUR app? What will YOUR customers prefer? What will get the best conversion ratio for YOUR app?
