Hi GDNet forums, I'm currently study in my first year of college and looking to get back into game development as a hobby. My classes are moving really slow so I've been studying on my free time and trying to teach myself C++, but I'm honestly a really slow reader and it's hard to find motivation to keep going. I was just thinking how great it would be to have a buddy to share my progress and talk about stuff like programming, video games, etc with. But since I'm going to a shitty community college with mostly 30 year old business majors, it's hard finding someone who shares my interests. In my on-campus programming classes, there are only like 5 other students and they are really lame ( I know that's mean but I just can't stand them ). So anyway, if anyone on here is interested in just chatting every once in a while to chat about video games, programming, school, etc, I'm your guy. Just for info, I'm 19 years old in May, I'm from Cincinnati Ohio, and I really like programming, MMO's, and FPS's. I'm also currently working on some software for a friend's business(in VB.NET), and I play mainly multiplayer games with a lot of cooperation and competition
