Please use the classifieds system (accessible from the top navigation of the site) for recruiting posts -- you'll want to use the "hobbyist projects" section.

I wouldn't suggest an MMO project unless you have plenty of experience and~~/or~~ are making use of an existing middleware solution such as those recommended in this recent topic.
