I just noticed that if you hover your mouse over the reputation in the top right corner, there's this bubble that appears, but it's mostly off screen. What's with that?

you got good contrast set on your monitor I barely saw it even in your image

That would be a tooltip, most likely. Probably just not set to behave like the others in the menu bar that popup beside the mouse cursor

It just says "Your Reputation".. I never noticed that it didn't actually show up. =P
