What do y'all think is the best game company in Dallas to work for?

Please work harder at asking your question than someone else has to work to answer it.
Better question: "I used gamedevmap and gameindustrymap, made a list of game companies in Dallas, and am trying to decide between Company D, Company A, and Company L. I like Company D's track record but I like Company A's genre more, and I hear Company L has a good QoL policy. I made a decision grid, and all the companies come out even. Which one do y'all think is the best one to work for?"
