Android screen timeout

I searched for this before and thought WAKE_LOCK permission would solve it. I have my screen set to timeout after 30 seconds. While running my game it will sleep and not force it to stay open. Whats the solution?

Solution was:
getWindow() is a call from activity.
getWindow().addFlags(WindowManager.LayoutParams.FLAG_KEEP_SCREEN_ON);
