Hi guys can anyone link me to some book that would give the basics of directx so i could use it. Thanks any help will be apreciated.

I would recommend: Introduction to 3D game programming DirectX 11: http://www.amazon.com/Introduction-3D-Game-Programming-DirectX/dp/1936420228/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1329576363&sr=1-1 That's the best book out there
