Is Xaudio2 included in the DirectX SDK?

I'm running on Windows 7 and I am trying to implement sound in my DirectX11 program,but it doesn't seem to locate XAudio2.h,codec.h and vorbisfile.h anywhere.I thought it was supposed to be part of the SDK?Or is it a seperate XAudio2 SDK?

No, it is in the DirectX SDK, June 2010 package.
Windows 8 will support a newer version too, but placed in Windows SDK for Windows 8.
