This is the wrong forum. You need to post under classifieds if you're looking for help: http://www.gamedev.net/classifieds
Your post is poorly formatted, you need to narrow it down to a simple question/request rather than throw your whole game design into a single post.
You do not have any information about an engine that I saw, and your game is simply another internet vanity project until you actually have that at least narrowed down.
