Ok,the documentation for physx shows you how to create actors, scenes and all that stuff.

But my question is,if I have a human model, how do I give PhysX it's coordinates, and after PhysX has finished it's stuff, how do I get the data from PhysX to render it?

Well for a human model you would probably build a physx rag doll by combining simple shapes together using joints and actors, then using the the transforms for the shapes joints animate your model. PhysX has plugins for max and maya that should help with this, Ive played with them a little a while back, they left something to be desired.
