I have been thinking a lot about making games and i really want to start learning how to program games, i just have no clue where to start. I have questions such as what programming language is the best for beginner game development and where can i find tutorials on how to make games.

For your language concerns:
Become a good programmer in six really hard steps
I want to be a game developer

The slowsort algorithm is a perfect illustration of the multiply and surrender paradigm, which is perhaps the single most important paradigm in the development of reluctant algorithms. The basic multiply and surrender strategy consists in replacing the problem at hand by two or more subproblems, each slightly simpler than the original, and continue multiplying subproblems and subsubproblems recursively in this fashion as long as possible. At some point the subproblems will all become so simple that their solution can no longer be postponed, and we will have to surrender. Experience shows that, in most cases, by the time this point is reached the total work will be substantially higher than what could have been wasted by a more direct approach.

Hi,

Though it is good that you are asking for help, this forum has many threads in recent weeks which answer your questions - even in recent days. Please take a look at them in the preceding webpages. You could also look at my profile and study my information which I provided in some of them under the tab of threads that I follow.

Personal life and your private thoughts always effect your career. Research is the intellectual backbone of game development and the first order. Version Control is crucial for full management of applications and software.  The better the workflow pipeline, then the greater the potential output for a quality game.  Completing projects is the last but finest order.
