I have the task to use additive blending to add 2 textures. the problem is that the texture is not just transparent and colored. its black and colored. so how do i proceed? because the task says just to use "additive" blending i tried it without hlsl. but i didnt got a good result. if i use hlsl clip to remove the black parts its just one line and it works perfect.
is it even possible to solve this problem just with a blend_desc or do i have to use hlsl?
