*sigh* VS2010 is becoming annoying to me. First i install it then install the windows SDK 7.1 and it works (i should mention that the first time it didn't find the includes.) I installed windows SDK and it worked but had a COFF linker problem. found i needed to install vs2010 service pack 2, did that and now the includes are missing again! (VS2010 doesn't register them)

Check the include directory settings under Options->Projects & Solutions->VC++ Directories
- The trade-off between price and quality does not exist in Japan. Rather, the idea that high quality brings on cost reduction is widely accepted.-- Tajima & Matsubara
