If you are going to be operating a business (that sells products, etc), you will likely have to register your business with your government.

If your business must be categorized, as it is in most places, you would most likely register it as a software business or entertainment business (lol Bollywood).

Depends on your countries laws, contact a lawyer if you will need them to get everything in order anyway. Maybe check legalzoom and see if they offer assistance for your region.

Step 1 - Pick Some Names
Step 2 - Google These Names to See if anyone else is already using them.
Step 3 - If the name you pick is not being used and you are SERIOUS registar it, If it is only a dream then save your money until you are SERIOUS
Decide if if are by yourself wait until you are ready to sell
If you are going to sell to a larger company as a contractor, they can help you registar when the time is right.
Don't sign any contracts until evrything is done proper and legal.
