Projections: Need help on simple exercice

Hello, I am studying computer graphics and I got a small problem, I can't seem to figure out how to calculate projections.

I have a set of points, that I want to project to a certain plane, in this case z = 0.

I want to project this in Central/perspective projection with center = (0,0,0) , but I can't seem to find a way to do it.

This is a sample exercice that I am studying for a exam, so any help would be great,

in the attachment is the sample points I have from a exam. If someone could explain how would I procceed to do this, or link to a simple enogh tutorial I would be very gratefull.
