Hi

I recieved some advice that i should learn multiple programing languages and started wondering if vidual studios 2012 express would support other languages like lua, perl, and python.

The Visual Studio suite does not support Lua,Perl and python. But that does not stop you from using it as IDE which you can use for Custom Project.

Visual Studio also has a "shell" version which lets people support other programming languages. For example, http://pytools.codeplex.com/ is an extension written for Python.

I don't know if Lua or Perl have equivalents, but it's possible.
