Here is what the GDD for Grand Theft Auto looked like:

I've actually read that before, I think someone else linked it on these forums in some earlier thread (I tend to do a lot of lurking here). I haven't based my gdd exactly off that, but the style of writing in that GTA doc is something I went for as well. (I guess in case anyone is interested in seeing what I have, here is a link, though this thread shouldn't be used for discussion about it, as its off topic)
