Where to find free art/sounds etc

I'm signing up for a contest,and I need to make a simple 2D game.

Does anyone know a website or something were I could find some free to use art and sounds?

What I would need:

A human character,with animations.

Some monsters with animations too.

Weapons

Sounds for weapons,environmental music,sounds for the monsters.

That might seem a little bit too much to get for free,but I'm not gonna sell the game,and if I find the name of the creator I will give credit.
