Is there a way to disable or hide history of your posts?

No, even staff and moderators are unable to tamper with the revision history - this is by design. If there's something that absolutely must ve removed for a good reason we can edit the database directly, but legitimately needing that is incredibly rare and yet to happen since we added the history feature.
