What is the avaible Game Engines that support isometric games like city building games for mobile phones(Androi,iOS, Windows Phone) and for web, and which is the best ?

thanks for responding, but i need something reliable with good documentation, community to help fixing any issues and show cases from published games.

I found a lot of engines but without showcases and taking one of them is a big risk.
