I could be wrong, but I don't think you can. You can PM a moderator or staff member for specific help though. But now that you've created this thread, a moderator or staff member will likely see it and get in contact with you in one way or another.
I don't have the ability to delete accounts either, but I can ban your account / remove it's posting ability if you like?

A few seconds on Google shows that this question has been asked several times since and the answer from staff is always the same: They don't generally delete accounts.
The most recent prior to you was this one. And like normal, the staff said they don't delete accounts.
