i just made this platform to practice on making platforms for 2d games

I'm not sure exactly what to critique this for.  But, in a platformer the sides/ends of the platforms are important, how about making some of those?  Also, where are your tiles/how does what you've made so far tile?  And, it's nice to have variant tiles that have a little flower or some pebbles or other small accent for variety.

I want to help design a "sandpark" MMO. Optional interactive story with quests and deeply characterized NPCs, plus sandbox elements like player-craftable housing and lots of other crafting. If you are starting a design of this type, please PM me. I also love pet-breeding games.

Biggest question is ( what is your style? ). If you are going for realistic than the judgment of this will be wildly different than if you are going cartoon. So first lets find out what your aim is. Show me some reference work of what you want it to look like. From there we can work step by step to showing you how to make this better.
