Designer

Level Designer

Animator

Prop Artist

Programmer

 

Do you think or believe or would suggest there is a role i need to add?

QA immediately stands out as a big gaping hole.

 

Modeling is probably missing, unless it is a 2D game where animators do everything or your artists are modelers also.

 

Effects

 

You say no sound, but that is missing.

 

All the management and leadership is missing.

 

 

 

Also, everything outside of game production is missing; do you intend to actually do something with the product?

Probably a Product Owner too. Doesn't necessarily need to somebody ELSE, but it would be nice to have that role defined.

A lot of teams tend to have a designer that acts more like someone in charge of documenting and meeting the Product Owner's requirements with detailed features and flows...
