Can I write based engine OGRE? Or any other suggestions? Istiyoruım write a game engine, what is your suggestion?

Required reading before starting to write your own game engine.

 

Ogre is only a rendering engine, not a game engine. It doesn't handle Physics, AI, level management - just rendering.

 

Starting out, you should probably consider a more complete engine, like Unity or the Unreal Development Kit.
