It's mind mapping software.  Not sure immediately which one (as I'm multitasking during a webex) but there are a lot of good tools out there.

That one in particular looks like XMind, which has a fully functional free version.


It's perfectly fine to abbreviate my username to 'Servant' or 'SotL' rather than copy+pasting it all the time.
