Anyone know why I get this when I use GL_RGB16F or GL_RGB32F for my deferred rendering FBO?

If I use RL_RGB... I don't get the garbage, but GL_RGB isn't applicable for deferred rendering since the values are clamped [0,1]

problem was i was only clearing depth not color also
