What I want to make:

an app that extracts words from an image, then fires a line from the first word to the last one(diagonal line).

Every word that is intersected by that line gets added to a string.

Now,the bigger problem is that the language the papers are in,is not english.

I saw this method for getting words out of an image:

http://www.bitsbyta.com/2011/01/extracting-text-from-image-cnet.html

But I'm not sure if it works with non-english.

BTW: If you know a library or something,I don't care if it's c++ or c#.

Try it and see.  The MS imaging library was hit-and-miss for typed documents. It sometimes worked okay.

According to the docs it supports many different languages.

It was included in Office 2003 and 2007. It is no longer included in Office, and no longer supported unless you have a service contract.

That doesn't make it sound like a success... so aside from the MS lib there is nothing for extracting foreign letters?
