I'm relatively new to game programming and I tried searching for a topic but found none.
I wanted to ask for a concept guide in 2D game on how to create an image that loops back given the direction it moves. An example would be a fog/cloud or a background image that I wanted to implement in my game. I tried wrapping the image when it reaches the end of the screen but it isn't working out for me and it looks bad and clunky when I move the entire image to the opposite direction after.
