Can CEGUI be used for designing a 3d directx c++ game engine gui based on ogre3d or should i use Qt?
UNREAL ENGINE 4:
Total LOC: ~3M Lines
Total Languages: ~32

For the actual game ui, i will probably use CEGUI

Qt is good for engine tools - but not very good for UI of a game.. it hijacks your game loop too much and you will find too much of your code is tailored to Qt specific constructs
