now i am questioning a really "old" Question. Actually i am using MDX with c#. I know that this is really outdated...
What's my target: I want to create a panoramic viewer.
Now I created a sphere and set my camera point in the middle of it. But what now? How can I add textures on it?
sphereMesh = Mesh.Sphere(device, 2.0f, 20, 20); sphereMesh.Dispose();
to create the sphere and with
d3dDevice.Transform.View = Matrix.LookAtLH( new Vector3(0.0f, 0.0f, cameraz_pos), new Vector3(0.0f, 0.0f, 0.0f), new Vector3(0.0f, 1.0f, 0.0f));
I set my cameraposition. Cameraz_pos ist the Zoom.
Can someone give me some tipps? Actually I have set
device.RenderState.FillMode = FillMode.WireFrame;
to see the wireframe.
