Hello

So i have successful implement Perlin Noise on GPU (PixelShader) in XNA.

Now i try to use SharpDX.Toolkit with ComputeShader to implement PerlinNoise.

My question is: Should i calculate the Random Numbers which in XNA hold in Images (permTexture) with the ComputeShader or should i load these Images into the Shader like the XNA way?

Anyone out there, who successful implement Perlin noise on a ComputeShader?
