I am wondering what .bullet files contain and what are the usages of them? also are there any free plugins for 3dsmax to export them out?

Extra question:
Can Dynamica 32-bit plugin be installed on max 2013 x64?
I don't even want to try it before coming to know because I am afraid it would
mess things up.
