I would like to start a topic on which Engine is best for making games like WoW or GW2, I would like people to list the pros and cons of both and also add features that they both contain.

I wouldn't wish the HeroEngine even on my worst enemy (I've rewritten the spaghetti code in that engine once, never again), I suggest avoiding it. There are MMO frameworks available on the Unity asset store which I've heard reasonable things about. Overall, I'd have to suggest Unity for a starting point myself. Don't expect it to support 5k folks out of the box, but a couple hundred sounds quite doable from what I've heard.

Since you have to ask what engine is better you are probably a beginner(not that subforum "For Beginners" give you away ), my advice is don't make MMORPG or any kind of MMO!!!
Have you seen credits on these games? You need a really BIG team and few years of development to pull something like that...
But let's get back to topic
Pros and cons you can get if you open features for both engines and compare them...
Main difference is that Unity have really good community unlike Cry Engine also the way i see it Unity is about efficiency and Cry Engine is about visualization.

"Which car is best for driving on roads?"
is a crap question that will get you crap answers.
"Which car is best for competing in Formula 1 events?"
is better, but still ignores vitally important variables and will result in the obvious answer: A Formula 1 car is what you need!
The shape of the real question should be:
"Given my limited experience racing cars and my low starting budget, what kind of vehicle can I manage to purchase, control, and race?"
Flawed questions get you useless answers. Tools are tools. If you are pounding nails, pick a hammer. Best of luck!
Indie games are what indie movies were in the early 90s -- half-baked, poorly executed wastes of time that will quickly fall out of fashion. Now go make Minecraft with wizards and watch the dozen or so remakes of Reservior Dogs.
