What are Mods? I''m a newb.

Ah, you see MODs is short for MODIFICATIONs which is basically not a new game. It can have 100s of new features, but it uses things from another game ie. Half Life. Counter-Strike is a Half Life MOD, theres no scientists or anything, but it uses Half Lifes engine. So really I guess a MOD is a game which uses another games engine.

it pains me that so few board members know about the Forum FAQs. Either that or so few moderators bother to make theirs that people just think none of the forums have one! THIS ONE DOES!!!
