Indie game developers getting screwed by PAX?

I'd hate to be the <insert word of choice> here, but to me it simply sounds like an up and coming team that had no experience with PAX failed to properly do what is needed to secure a booth. "Assumption is the mother of all screwups!" and it definitely sounds like they assumed everything without verifying anything.

Spamming the same whiny story everywhere will just make them lose even more fans and gain a reputation they don't want. Should this be closed? Probably since everything has been pretty much covered on what they should have done compared to what they did do.
