So I decided either I'm going to try to have my opening a computer shop idea crowdfunded, or forget completely about it. I can't get a business loan for a shop due to poor credit and no cosigner. I was going to Kickstarter the project, but Kickstarter rejected it for unknown
reasons, saying that they didn't have a category for it when they did. So I am going with their competitor Indiegogo.

Basically, I want to open a successful computer shop in my local area.
Fund my computer shop idea
Kickstarter rejected it because it's not a project with a finite goal and end-date.
What is Kickstarter for?Everything on Kickstarter must be a project. A project has a clear goal, like making an album, a book, or a work of art. A project will eventually be completed, and something will be produced by it.

Opening a business is open-ended, and doesn't qualify as a project with a clear goal and end date.
