Maths for maths haters

Hi all, I'll get the obvious statement out of the way first of all. I hate maths with a passion. I never took any maths beyond what was required in life, passing my GCSE (school level maths) acceptably, and dabbling a bit at university, and still haven't really progressed past this point. I manage to hobble by on what i know, avoiding learning more maths unless i must and using pre-written libraries where i can. Usually, i survive on this, and have managed to roughly figure out how to do 3D, and other things that seem to require a fair bit of maths. My question pertains to extending my knowledge. Although i hate maths i am always looking for ways to fill holes in my knowledge personally and professionally and learning more maths would be a benefit to this, most notably the kind of maths used in 3D graphics, intersections, ray tracing etc. The problem is my dislike of the subject acts as a stumbling block. Can anyone please recommend any resources that exist to extend the maths knowledge of people who just don't like maths, but could learn if they wanted to? I guess this is a bit of a silly question, as the motivation could be there if only i was shown it in the right way, not the way they tried to teach us in school many decades ago. Suggestions and advice welcome!

Thanks for the advice so far everyone! I will definitely look into these links and take the advice, I will even see if I can spend some of my work time on it professionally as better knowledge of maths in general and especially physics afterwards would benefit my field of work.
