The publish button is a bit too close to the save draft button in my opinion, so one might miss click, I was wondering if it could be moved a bit?

possibly. But for now you don't have to worry since hitting Publish does not make your article immediately available to the public. Since you'll quickly realize your mistake, it won't be a problem to send me a message asking to kick it back to Draft status - I'll def see the message before I even get around to proofing it.
