I think this is the first Call of Duty in the franchise to do that. Still I don't know if they will allow selling mods or assets.

Meh, it's a Treyarch game. I found the Infinity Ward games superior in quality.

COD: Ghosts (Infinity Ward) was trash according to COD Community. Next year (2016) is their turn. Let's see what they'll do.
